Gainsborough Park – park homes to let

Unfortunately, we have no homes available at present

Our park homes are long term lets on AST, Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and they consist of one bedroom 20′ x 20′ park homes, or two bedroom 30′ x 20′ park homes.

Some of the homes are semi-detached with small open-plan grassed gardens. Each home has double-glazed windows and doors, a fitted kitchen with a space for fridge/freezer and plumbing for washing machine. Carpets and net curtains are in the lounge and bedrooms, with blinds in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen floors are laid with hard-wearing linoleum and the bedrooms have fitted cupboards. All homes have LPG Gas Central Heating.
