The park boasts its own community centre. Built and run by residents, in 1992 the centre won a commendation in the National Community Enterprise scheme, of which Prince Charles is the patron.

The centre provides a venue for a wide range of activities, social evenings, games nights and parties at Hallowe’en and Christmas.
